This package includes:

• Up to 1 hour for one issue on one Windows computer or its connected printer.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of software, printer drivers, settings, or connectivity.
• A summary of the actions taken and recommended next steps.
• One follow-up revision about the same issue, not a new problem or an additional full session.

Remote access is used only with your permission. The computer must start and have internet access. Physical repairs, parts, paid software, data recovery, and Windows reinstallation are not included. Some issues require an on-site technician; a complete fix cannot always be guaranteed.
