Designed and developed ACTIVIN, an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot for the Chilean Ministry of Sport to support the Semana del Deporte 2026 national running event across all 16 regions of Chile. Built end-to-end using n8n automation, Twilio WhatsApp API, OpenAI GPT-4o and Google Sheets as a live knowledge base. The bot handled participant inquiries 24/7 covering registration, kit pickup, race routes, schedules and regional data autonomously without human intervention. Delivered a scalable, government-grade solution capable of handling tens of thousands of users simultaneously. The client was able to update all event information in real time directly from Google Sheets without any technical knowledge.
