FAQ
What do you need before starting?
I'll need access to your AWS account (or IAM user with appropriate permissions), your domain DNS provider, and details about the application or platform that will send emails.
What does this service include?
This service includes Amazon SES configuration, SMTP setup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS records, domain verification, email authentication, deliverability recommendations, and assistance with production access requirements.
Can you help with Amazon SES production access?
Yes. I can prepare and configure your account according to Amazon SES best practices and assist with the production access request process. Final approval is granted by AWS.
Which platforms do you support?
I work with Amazon SES integrations for Sendy, WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel, Shopify, custom PHP applications, Node.js applications, and many other platforms that support SMTP or Amazon SES.
Will this guarantee inbox placement?
No one can guarantee inbox placement because it depends on factors such as sender reputation, recipient engagement, email content, and mailbox provider policies. However, I configure your email infrastructure according to recognised best practices to maximise deliverability.
How long does setup take?
Most Amazon SES configurations are completed within 1–3 days. More complex environments or DNS propagation may require additional time.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Revisions are included according to your selected Fiverr package for adjustments related to the agreed scope of work.
