About me
Hey there! 👋
I’m Jules from Shanghai. I’ve got two Master’s degrees (from the UK and Singapore), and I currently work in the professional services industry.
On the side, and honestly, for most of my life, I’ve been deep into online shopping 😄. With 15+ years of experience, I’ve gotten really good at things like finding the right products, negotiating better prices/ offerings, and handling all the post-purchase stuff like returns and refunds.
If you need help buying from Taobao, Alibaba, JD (Jingdong), Douyin, Pinduoduo, or any other Chinese platform, I’ve got your back!
