Q1. Do you work with both Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise?
Yes. I work with both editions across all recent versions. If you are unsure which edition fits your business, message me before ordering and I will recommend the right one based on your needs and budget.
Q2. Will my data be safe during a version migration?
Data safety is the first priority in every migration I handle. I run a full data integrity check before and after migration, validate record counts across all modules and fix any inconsistencies before handover. No migration leaves my hands until everything is confirmed clean.
Q3. What server or hosting do I need for installation?
I recommend a Ubuntu 20.04 or 22.04 VPS with minimum 2GB RAM and 2 CPU cores for small businesses. If you already have a server, message me the specs and I will confirm compatibility before you order.
Q4. Can you install custom or third-party modules?
Yes, as a paid extra. Custom and third-party modules require a compatibility check with your Odoo version before installation. Add the module compatibility check extra when ordering or mention it in your message so I can review it first.
Q5. I am currently on Odoo v14 or v15, can you migrate me directly to v17 or v18?
Yes. I handle multi-version migrations. Each version jump is counted as one migration step. If you are jumping more than one version, for example v14 to v17, select the extra version jump add-on when ordering so delivery time and price are adjusted correctly.
Q6. Do I need to buy an Odoo Enterprise licence separately?
Yes. The Odoo Enterprise licence is purchased directly from Odoo S.A. and is not included in my gig price. I handle the full installation and configuration once you have the licence. If you need guidance on purchasing, I can advise you during our pre-order conversation.
Q7. Can you set up Odoo for my specific industry, manufacturing, retail or food production?
Yes. I configure Odoo modules based on your industry workflows, not generic templates. During our pre-order message, describe your business type and I will confirm which modules and configurations are included in your chosen package.
