What files do you need from me?
You can send a JPG, PNG, PDF, sketch, logo or existing vector file. Please provide the required dimensions and explain whether the artwork will be used for cutting, engraving or both.
Which file formats will I receive?
I can provide AI, EPS, SVG, DXF and vector PDF files. Please tell me which format is compatible with your machine or software.
Is each package for one design?
Yes. Each package covers one design. Multiple designs can be ordered separately or included through a custom offer.
Which package should I choose?
The correct package depends on the artwork’s complexity, number of paths, layers and required cleanup. Please contact me with your file if you are unsure.
Can you prepare files for both cutting and engraving?
Yes. I can separate cutting and engraving elements using different layers or colors according to your machine and software requirements.
Can you correct open paths and overlapping lines?
Yes. I can clean unnecessary points, join open paths, correct overlapping lines and prepare closed contours where required.
Do you operate or test the file on a laser machine?
I prepare the vector artwork according to the dimensions and specifications you provide. Physical machine testing is not included, so please verify the settings with your machine operator before production.
Can you recreate a low-quality image or sketch?
Yes. I can manually recreate many low-resolution images and sketches as clean vector artwork. Please contact me first if the source image is unclear or highly detailed.
