Duplicates in your spreadsheet are quietly wrecking your numbers.

Two rows for the same customer, the same email typed three ways, one phone number with and without spaces your totals, your mailouts and your reporting are all off.

I clean that up.

WHAT I DO

· Exact duplicates identical rows removed

· Fuzzy duplicates "Jon Smith" and "John Smith", same address, different capitalisation

· Variant matching phone numbers, emails and postcodes written in different formats

· Cross-file comparison the same customer appearing in two or three exports

· Merge instead of delete keeping the most complete record

WHAT YOU GET

· A cleaned .xlsx or .csv

· A separate sheet listing every row I removed or merged, so you can check my work

· Row counts before and after

· Anything borderline is flagged for you to decide, never deleted silently

HOW I WORK

I never delete anything without leaving a trace. You always get the removed rows back in a separate sheet. If two records are genuinely ambiguous, I flag them rather than guess.
