What do you need from me to film my app demo?
Send your app link or download URL, a test login with sample data already loaded (if applicable), your script, and any must-say points. Clean sample data makes the demo look polished and professional.
Can I change the script after you film?
If you supply the script, I film it as written. If I write it with the Script Writing extra, I send it for your approval before filming. Changes after filming need a reshoot, which I quote as a custom offer.
When does the delivery countdown start?
The clock starts once you submit your order requirements and I have working access to your app, including any test login. If access is missing, I’ll message you and the clock waits until it arrives.
How does Extra Fast Delivery work?
It moves your video to the front of my queue, for single-video orders. Planning a multi-video order on a deadline? Message me first so we can agree on a date.
What usage rights are included?
Basic includes 3 months. Standard and Premium include 6 months. The Additional Usage Rights extra adds 3 months each time. Need perpetual or unlimited use? Message me for a custom quote.
What does the B-Roll Enhancement extra add?
Standard and Premium already include b-roll, such as close-ups of your app on screen and hands-on cutaways. Basic is a straight screen recording with voiceover, and the extra adds those same cutaways.
What’s included if I buy the revision add-on?
Revisions cover post-production editing changes only, such as music volume, caption typos, or clip order. Anything outside of post-production editing, including changes to what was filmed, are a reshoot, quoted as a custom offer.
How does the Pet Talent extra work?
I can feature one of my cats in your video. Add the Pet Talent extra at checkout and share your ideas in the brief. I’ll tell you before filming if an idea won’t work.
How do multi-video orders work?
Message me before ordering more than one video. We’ll agree on a delivery date, and you send all scripts together so I can film them in one session.
Can I get the raw footage?
Raw footage is a custom offer, so message me for a quote. It’s delivered with your final video, and usage rights apply the same way.
