Work experience

Amazon

Customer Support Specialist | Amazon Seller Communications

Amazon • Full-time

Mar 2019 - Oct 2022 • 3 yrs 7 mos

Helped Amazon sellers resolve order, listing, and account issues while keeping customers satisfied. Working with sellers and buyers every day showed me what shoppers question before they buy and what makes a listing sell. I now use that knowledge to create product photography that builds buyer trust for home decor brands.
