Hello! I'm Chuy, and I have been a musician for over 25 years. I got into audio production about 10 years ago, and I was a horror podcast host for a little over 3 years.
My main instrument is guitar, but I can also play bass, a little bit of keyboards, and program drums.
When I'm not working on music, I like to read (horror) novels, watch (horror) movies, or cook a nice meal.

What genres of music do you specialize in?
I would do my best work in the pop, rock, and metal genres. However, I am always down to listen to your song ideas to try new things! If you think your EDM song needs a guitar solo, let's try it and see what happens!
What software/plug-ins do you use to record?
I use the Mixcraft DAW to do all my recording. The plug-ins that I have available to use include: Line 6 Helix, Positive Grid Bias Amp 2 and Bias FX, Neural DSP Petrucci, Mesa Boogie, Gojira, Soldano, Omega, Morgan, and Fortin Suites, HyperRig Kiesel, among others!
Can you also add vocals to a song?
While I fancy myself an OK karaoke singer, I would not be able to add lead vocals to a song. However, I could add some background vocals. Ask for a custom offer!
Can you "fix" a performance? In other words, can you make my tracks sound "better"?
Unfortunately, no amount of editing that I could do would make a track that is not played well sound as if it were. If you record your own tracks, I really recommend using a metronome and tuning your instrument often.
