I will develop stm32 embedded firmware in c with freertos
About this Gig
Need STM32 firmware that runs reliably on real hardware? I have written C firmware for electric race cars that competed internationally, and I bring the same care to your project.
New on Fiverr, not new to firmware
- 3 years as electrical team lead of a university electric race car team that placed 5th at Shell Eco-marathon Europe & Africa 2024
- Built the firmware for the vehicle control unit, BLDC motor driver and LoRa telemetry unit
- R&D internship: cut compass heading error from 29° to 1.3° with sensor calibration and filtering
What I can build for you
- Sensor and peripheral drivers from scratch (I2C, SPI, UART, ADC)
- FreeRTOS task design with queues, semaphores and mutexes
- Communication over CAN, UART, USB and RS-485
- Debugging and fixing existing firmware
What you get
- Commented source code, ready to build in STM32CubeIDE or Keil
- Build and flash instructions and a short test report
- Regular progress updates while I work
Send me a message with your board and what the device should do. I will confirm the scope and delivery time before you order.
FAQ
Which STM32 families and tools do you work with?
Mainly STM32F1 and F4 (ARM Cortex-M) in STM32CubeIDE/CubeMX or Keil, using HAL or low-level register code. If your chip is from another family, message me first and I will confirm before you order.
Can you fix bugs in my existing firmware?
Yes. Send me the project and describe the problem. I debug with GDB/SWD and real measurements, then explain what caused the bug and how I fixed it.
Can you work with my custom board?
Yes. Share the schematic and pin mapping, and we agree on how the firmware will be tested before the order starts, so there are no surprises.
What if the firmware does not work as agreed on my hardware?
I debug and fix it as part of the order. Tell me what you see (logs, scope captures or a short video), and I will find the cause and deliver a corrected version.
What do I receive at the end?
The full project with commented source code, build and flash instructions, and a short report on how the firmware was tested.
