Do you need admin access to my AWS account?
No. A read-only IAM role is enough for the audit. For implementation, I use a scoped role you approve. Please never send root credentials or access keys in chat.
How much will I save?
It depends on your setup, so I don't promise a fixed percentage. Message me with your monthly spend and main services and I'll give you an honest estimate before you order.
Will you make changes to my account?
Basic is report-only. In Standard and Premium, I only make changes you approve, and I keep a written change log with a rollback plan for each one.
Will anything go down?
Quick wins are chosen to avoid downtime. Anything riskier, like resizing a production database, is flagged separately and scheduled with you in a maintenance window.
What does the security review cover?
IAM users, roles and policies, security groups, publicly exposed resources, logging and alarms. It's a practical security review, not a formal compliance audit like SOC 2 or HIPAA.
Can you review multiple AWS accounts?
Yes. Premium covers multi-account setups and AWS Organizations. For a large environment, message me first and I'll send a custom offer.
What do I get at the end?
A written report of findings ranked by monthly savings, a live call to walk through it, and, in Standard and Premium, a change log of everything I implemented.
