Most WordPress sites don't break all at once. A plugin update gets skipped, then another, and eight months later something stops working and nobody knows which change caused it.
This is the boring monthly work that prevents that.
Every month I handle:
Core, theme and plugin updates, tested before they go live
Full site backup stored off your server
Security scan and hardening
Uptime monitoring
Broken link and error check
A short report telling you what changed and what I found
Higher tiers add malware scanning and removal, speed optimization, WooCommerce support, and time for the small content edits you'd otherwise sit on for weeks.
I'm a full-stack developer, not a plugin installer. If an update breaks something I can read the code and fix it rather than rolling back and hoping. I've built and maintained multi-tenant SaaS platforms that cleared external security reviews, so the security side isn't guesswork.
If something goes wrong mid-month, message me. I'd rather catch it early than read about it in a bad review.

Hi, I'm Kaan. I'm in Toronto, and I came into software the long way around — I was running a flooring business, needed tools that didn't exist, so I started building them. That's still how I work. I want to understand the business before I write any code, because the right build usually isn't the one described in the brief. Do you need my login details?
Yes, an admin account for your WordPress dashboard, plus hosting access if we're doing backups or speed work. Create a separate account for me and delete it whenever you like.
What if an update breaks my site?
I test updates on a staging copy first where possible, and I take a full backup before touching anything. If something breaks, I fix it — that's included, not an extra.
Does this cover content changes?
Standard includes 1 hour of edits a month, Premium includes 3. Text changes, image swaps, new sections, small layout fixes. Anything bigger we scope separately.
My site isn't WordPress. Can you still help?
Message me first. I work across PHP, React and Node, so custom sites are usually fine — but the tiers here are written around WordPress and we'd need to adjus
What happens after the first month?
Just re-order. Nothing auto-renews unless you set it up that way, and there's no contract to get out of.
