Architect creating photorealistic 3D renders of exterior and interior spaces.
I work in SketchUp, Revit and D5 Render and deliver clear, accurate images for client presentations, approvals, competitions and real estate marketing.
HOW THE PACKAGES WORK
- Basic: you send an existing 3D model and I render one view.
- Standard and Premium: you send CAD plans, elevations and sections, I build the 3D model with environment, furniture, materials and lighting, then render 3 or 6 views.
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
- 3D model or CAD drawings (SKP, RVT, DWG, PDF)
- Reference images for style, materials and mood
- Preferred camera angles and time of day
WHAT YOU GET
- Realistic lighting, materials and textures
- 2K (Basic) or 4K (Standard, Premium) JPG/PNG files
- Revisions included in every package
Only have 2D plans but need one view? Add the 3D modeling extra to Basic.

Do I need a 3D model to order?
Only for Basic. If you only have 2D plans, choose Standard or Premium, or add the 3D modeling extra to Basic.
What software do you use?
SketchUp, Revit and D5 Render.
Which file formats can I send?
SKP, RVT, DWG and PDF. If yours is a different format, message me before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Basic takes 3 days, Standard 7 and Premium 10. In Basic, the 3D modeling extra adds 4 days. Extra fast delivery is available on all three.
What counts as a revision?
Changes to materials, lighting, furniture or camera angle. Redesigning the layout or changing the model after approval is quoted separately
Can you handle large or multi-building projects?
Yes. Message me first and I’ll send a custom offer with milestones.
Do you offer animations or walkthroughs?
Not in this gig. Message me and I’ll tell you what’s possible.
Can I get night renders or the source file?
Yes. Night views can be ordered as additional rendering images, and the source file is included in Premium or available as an extra.
