Can you connect Claude Code to my Shopify store?

What's the difference between Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and a Claude AI agent?
Claude Code handles the technical setup, including MCP server connections where your workflow needs them. Claude Cowork is more collaborative, ongoing workflow support. A Claude AI agent is the automated worker I configure to actually run tasks, I'll recommend which fits your store during our chat.
Do you only work with Shopify, or can you connect other tools too?
Shopify is my main focus, but I also build CRM and GoHighLevel connections, plus n8n automation workflows, so leads and orders sync across your whole stack, not just the storefront.
I've heard of "vibe coding" is that what this is?
Sort of. Vibe coding means using AI to build fast without heavy manual coding, and I do use Claude Code that way for speed. But I also go into Shopify Liquid directly when your theme needs real custom logic that AI-generated code or an app can't handle.
Can you fix or customize my existing Shopify theme's code?
