I will redesign your powerpoint or google slides presentation
Kaito A.
About this gig
Have a presentation that works, but looks messy? I will redesign your existing PowerPoint or Google Slides deck so it is clean, consistent, and easy to follow.
What I do:
- Apply one consistent layout, font, and color system
- Turn long text into short points, simple charts, and icons
- Fix alignment, spacing, and slide order issues
- Match your brand colors and logo
What you get:
- The redesigned deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
- A PDF version
Background:
As a B2B sales rep, I rebuilt our team's proposal slides and standardized them across the whole team; our closing rate rose from 33% to 54%. I know a clear deck matters.
How I work:
I may use AI tools to suggest layouts or shorten text, and every slide is edited and checked by me. I keep your content and meaning; I only rewrite text when you ask.
Not included: writing a new presentation from zero, custom illustrations, or animation.

Hi, I'm Kaito, a freelancer in Tokyo running KAITOO Works. I help small businesses with web research, spreadsheet cleanup, social media graphics, and slides. I use AI tools to work fast, and I review every deliverable myself before sending it. Before freelancing, I built an Excel tracking process for 50,000+ cases a day and rebuilt sales slides that raised our closing rate from 33% to 54%. Japanese is my native language. I write English with AI translation and check each sentence. Japanese research is welcome.
