What do I need to provide to start the testing?
Please provide your Google Play closed-testing link, app details, and any specific testing instructions you want testers to follow.
What if my app requires login or special access?
If your app requires login, OTP, subscription access, or any other restricted feature, you must provide valid testing credentials or the required access instructions before testing begins. Please make sure the credentials work and remain active throughout the testing period.
How many testers do you provide?
Basic includes 12 testers, Standard includes 20 testers, and Premium includes 30 testers. Custom tester requirements can also be discussed before ordering.
How long will testers participate?
The standard testing period is 14 days. Longer testing periods can be arranged if required.
Will testers open and use my app during the testing period?
Yes. Testers will install the app, open and use it during the testing period, and follow the testing instructions provided.
Will I receive feedback about my app?
Yes. Testers can provide feedback about usability, bugs, crashes, and their overall experience. Standard and Premium packages include a feedback summary.
What happens if a tester leaves the test?
I will try to replace a tester when necessary, subject to tester availability, so the agreed tester count can be maintained.
What happens if Google Play rejects my production-access request?
I provide one complimentary retesting cycle with the same tester group, subject to tester availability. Google Play makes the final production-access decision, so approval cannot be guaranteed.
Do you guarantee Google Play approval?
