Over the past 4 years at CTS, I have delivered comprehensive web testing, regression testing, and user testing across enterprise-scale applications. I specialize in driving end-to-end functional quality, executing thorough regression suites before production deployments, and conducting user testing to optimize product UI/UX. Notably, I worked on QA initiatives for client AI chatbots—uncovering critical logic, intent, and conversational flow bugs. By discovering these edge cases early, I helped clients resolve key system issues and deliver a seamless, intuitive experience to their end users.
