Which WhatsApp API do you use?
I work with the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API and with provider gateways. I set up the account connection, message templates and the sending logic inside ERPNext so notifications go out automatically.
Can you connect ERPNext to a system not listed here?
In most cases yes. If the other system has a REST API, webhooks or file-based exchange, I can build the connection. Send me its API documentation and I will confirm feasibility before you order.
Will the integration survive an ERPNext upgrade?
That is why I build integrations as a separate custom Frappe app rather than patching core files. Your code stays isolated, upgrades cleanly, and I document exactly what was built and where.
What happens if the external service goes down?
I build in retries, error logging and failure notifications so nothing is silently lost. You will be able to see failed messages and syncs inside ERPNext and retry them yourself.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. Every order includes free support for any issue with the delivered integration. I also offer monthly retainers for ongoing maintenance, monitoring and new integrations.
