I work as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise-level reporting, analytics, and data workflows across complex systems in a higher-education institution. My role focuses primarily on reporting and analytics, including the development, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Oracle Analytics dashboards, BI Publisher reports, and SQL-based analyses used by administrative and leadership teams. I regularly work with data from multiple systems and platforms, ensuring reporting logic is accurate, maintainable, and aligned with current business needs.
