I will build a smartsheet project management and reporting system

When every project has a different spreadsheet, getting a reliable status report becomes a project of its own. I will help you organize project intake, responsibilities, schedules and reporting in Smartsheet.

We start by defining how your team works, what managers need to see, and what should happen when a project starts or changes status.

Basic: a written solution plan with requirements, architecture and implementation scope. No build is included.

Standard: a focused project tracking system.

Premium: a connected project and reporting workflow with handover.

Build packages include the sheets, forms, reports, dashboards and native automations within the listed limits. I test the agreed workflow with sample data and explain how to maintain it.

I bring 6+ years of Smartsheet experience and a background in operations and NPD.

Message me before ordering to agree on the process and deliverables. Smartsheet licenses, premium apps, external integrations and ongoing administration are quoted separately.
