What access do you need to my Shopify store?
I use Shopify collaborator access with only the permissions required for the agreed tasks. Please never send your Shopify password.
Can you provide ongoing Shopify support?
Yes. If you need regular weekly or monthly support, message me first and I can prepare a custom offer based on your workload and responsibilities.
What does one day of support include?
One service day covers a reasonable set of agreed routine Shopify tasks. It is not an 8-hour dedicated workday. Please contact me before ordering if you have a large task list.
