Founded and built Hyperdsk (hyperdsk.com) solo: a SaaS workspace where small businesses manage catalog, sales, stock, orders, leasing, customers, conversations and reporting, with AI built in. - Designed and developed the full product end to end: frontend, backend, database and integrations - Built an AI assistant with tool calling that answers questions and safely updates business settings through a confirm-before-apply step - Built AI agents that reply on Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and web chat in Autopilot or Copilot mode, with hand-off to a human - Added multi-provider AI settings (OpenAI and Anthropic models, embeddings for knowledge search) with masked, securely stored API keys - Built the unified inbox, campaigns, automations, reviews, Shopify sync, billing and reporting modules
