Do my files get uploaded to a cloud service?
No. Processing runs locally on my machines. Nothing is sent to third-party OCR APIs unless you specifically ask for it.
What accuracy can I expect?
Clean 300 DPI scans typically reach 98%+ on printed text. Poor scans, faxes and handwriting are lower. The Basic package measures it on your actual documents so you get a real number, not a promise.
Can you handle handwritten documents?
Partially, and quality depends heavily on legibility. Send samples first and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth doing.
How large a batch can you take?
Tens of thousands of pages. I work with a 30-person production team, so throughput scales.
What formats do you deliver?
Excel, CSV, JSON, or a database-ready schema. Tell me your target structure and I will match it.
Can you build a tool so I can do this myself later?
Yes — that is the Premium package. You get a self-contained tool that runs in your browser, offline, with no subscription.
