Do you provide hosting for the website?
No, I do not provide hosting. I deliver the complete, clean source code. You will need your own hosting provider (like Hostinger, Bluehost, or a VPS) to upload the files and make the site live. I can guide you through this process!
How do I put the site online after delivery?
Once you receive the source code zip file, you simply upload it to your web hosting control panel (usually via cPanel or FTP). If you are not technical, your hosting provider's support team can usually do this for you in minutes.
What programming language/framework is used?
I build custom, lightweight sites using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend scripts depending on the package). It is custom-coded from scratch, meaning no heavy WordPress or Shopify bloat slowing it down.
Which payment gateways can you integrate?
I will not integrate any payment gateways. I will create a structure for you to integrate the payment gateway yourself
Can customers create accounts and log in?
Yes, user registration, login, and order history tracking can be included. Let me know before ordering if this is a strict requirement so I can ensure it fits within your selected package.
What do you need from me to get started?
I need your product details (names, prices, descriptions), product images, your logo, brand colors, and any reference websites you like. The clearer your requirements, the faster I can build!
How do revisions work?
Think of revisions as refinements, further refining what already exists. If you want to add entirely new features not mentioned in our initial chat and package, that may require a Custom Offer.
Can you migrate my old store to this new one?
I can help move your product data and images over to the new custom system. However, migrating complex customer databases or past order histories from platforms like Shopify requires a custom quote. Message me first!
Do you offer support after the project ends?
Yes! I provide a brief handover period to ensure everything works on your server. For long-term maintenance, bug fixes, or future feature additions, we can discuss a monthly support arrangement.
