Salesforce CPQ is on its way out and Revenue Cloud Advanced is the successor but the two have completely different data models. A lift-and-shift does not work. I run these migrations for a living.

What I do

• Migration readiness assessment: your current CPQ config mapped against the RCA data model, with the gaps written out
• Product Catalog Management (PCM) setup: products, bundles, attributes, qualification and constraint rules
• Pricing rebuild: pricing procedures, decision tables, attribute-based and tiered pricing replacing your CPQ price rules
• Context Definitions and mapping so quotes, orders and assets project correctly
• Quote-to-cash flow: quotes, orders, assets, amendments and renewals
• Asset lifecycle including AssetStatePeriodAttribute generation via the Connect REST API
• Custom Apex and LWC where declarative hits its limits
