This "Kara" from Germany turned out to be a male with a very thick African accent. Could barely understand a word of what "Kara" was saying. Very disappointed! Won't recommend.

I gave him a whole video in 9:16 which we wanted in 16:9 and the all scenes in seperate videos, so all the content which he can use for creating similar looking video in 16:9, he still used his own false and bad quality videos and cropped sometimes cropped in our videos which we gave him.
