5 to 15 sample PDFs, the field list you want, and a Groq (or OpenAI) API key. I never need production data with real customer PII if you can redact samples.
Is this a full SaaS for many users?
Packages deliver a working app you run or I demo on one server. Multi-tenant SaaS, SSO, and QuickBooks sync are custom orders, not in the listed packages.
Can you deploy on AWS?
Yes in Premium: one EC2 demo with Nginx, Gunicorn, and a Celery worker. You provide the AWS account and domain or public IP. Not a scaled production cluster.
Which languages and stacks?
Python, Django, Django REST, Celery, Groq. JSON and CSV export plus an optional webhook. Postgres or OpenAI can be swapped if you ask before ordering.
When should I message first?
Always send 2 sample PDFs in the message. If tables are scanned images only, I will tell you what Basic vs Standard can actually do before you pay.
