What do you need from me to start?
Four things: (1) store access — API key or collaborator invite (Shopify, WooCommerce, or another platform), (2) a Google account to own the Sheet and the scheduled trigger, (3) which fields/datasets to sync, (4) your alert rules. The order clock starts after you submit these.
Is my store data safe?
Credentials are used only to configure the sync. After delivery you can remove my collaborator access anytime — but note the sync itself needs its API credential to stay valid, or it stops running.
Where does the automation run? Do I need a server?
No server needed. It runs as a scheduled script inside YOUR Google account — I create the trigger under your account at handover, so it keeps working without me. It's subject to Google's quotas (daily email and runtime limits); I'll flag it if your volume gets close.
My platform is Amazon / I need real-time sync — can you do it?
Maybe — message me for a custom quote first. Amazon SP-API, webhook/real-time sync and complex OAuth flows need scoping before I commit to a fixed price and timeline.
What if it breaks after delivery?
Standard includes 3 days of free fixes, Premium 7 days. After that, small tweaks are a cheap follow-up order.
