About me
Are you tired of responding to guest messages at 2 AM or coordinating emergency maintenance calls?
Automated messages are fine for basic details, but when an issue arises a guest wants personalized care.
I’m Karis. With hands-on experience managing luxury residential properties, short-let portfolios, and high-standard guest operations, I help property hosts streamline their day-to-day management while keeping their review ratings high.
I serve as your dedicated remote co-host—handling real-time guest care, managing vendor workflows, and keeping operations running smoothly.
