If your order was recent, it's likely that I will still have the logo files on hand, however, all changes after the logo design has been delivered and accepted or completed will be at an additional cost to you.

Yes! The PNG file that is delivered upon completion will be your transparent background file.

I ask all buyers that if you do not like the initial concept delivered, let me know before you proceed with revisions. Refunds or cancellations need to be requested before any revisions have been made. Any order that has been closed out is no longer eligible for refunds.

Yes! When I say "hand-drawn" artwork, this means I draw your logo by hand within my editing program. Just like any other vector logo, your design will still be in vector format and able for delivery on a transparent background. ALL of my designs are made using the latest software available.

A logo revision is a minor change to the design at hand. Color change, font change, something moved around, or slight tweaking. Revisions do NOT include new design concepts.

If you bought a package that included an SVG file, often known as a source file, you may access it in Canva. It will be customizable and layered.

There are several reasons why you should use Karma Designs as your designer, but the most essential is that you will receive an honest assessment of your expectations, high-quality vector graphics, first-rate communication, and all work will be custom-made.

You will receive a social media banner of your platform of choice and a profile photo to use as an avatar or profile image. Profile photos will be created to fit a circular shape and remain cohesive with your brand.

Because this is not a branding service, I do require that you have a clear vision for the design concept. My logo services do not include the cost of me coming up with concept ideas for you, but my branding services do.
