FAQ
Do I need BROADCAST RIGHTS?
If your commercial will be used for paid media like radio, streaming, paid social, TV...then you WILL need broadcast rights. You will NOT need broadcast rights if you will only be using the commercial for non-paid media like a company website or training.
What BROADCAST RIGHTS will I need?
If you are using the spot for paid media, please select the appropriate broadcast rights in the GIG EXTRAS based on the usage of your spots. LOCAL: spot will air locally in 1 market REGIONAL: spot will air in multiple markets or states NATIONAL: spot will air nationally
Can I provide the script?
Yes! If you already have a script, please provide it with the order requirements (word or pdf). As part of your order, I will proofread for timing, grammar, and legal.
Can I provide the music?
Yes! As long as the music bed is properly licensed/royalty-free.
Can I choose the music?
Yep! I have access to a royalty-free library of music. Just let me know the vibe you are going for, and I can send samples for you to pick from.
Can I provide the voiceover?
Yes - some spots just make sense to have a customer or stakeholder testimonial. Or if you have a professional voiceover already that you like, go ahead and send over the mp3 or WAV file in the order requirements. I will do a quality check and do any processing if needed.
Do you offer different delivery styles?
Yes, I can do most any delivery style you need - conversational, announcer, movie trailer, energetic, professional, fun. Just let me know what you prefer!
When can I expect to get my order?
Normal turnaround is 2 business days (M-F). If you would like it sooner, check out the gig extras and you can add on 1-day delivery for a small additional fee.
How many revisions?
1 Revision is included in all orders! (A revision is the change of a line or two in the script, change of music. Additional revisions will have added fees). I stand behind my work, so IF I messed up, then I will make sure that the spot gets corrected at no additional fees.
Can I order multiple spots on the same order?
Yes! If you have more than 1 audio spot that you would like to order, please use the 'Gig Extras' to select additional 30 or :60 second spots.
