Having trouble with a Linux service, permissions or server error? I will investigate one agreed issue on one Linux server and explain the next steps.
I can help with systemd services that fail to start, log-based troubleshooting, file ownership and permissions, and Nginx service configuration.
Basic: up to 1 hour of diagnosis with findings and recommendations. No fix is included.
Standard: up to 2 hours to diagnose and fix one agreed issue.
Premium: up to 3 hours, including the Standard scope, related service configuration review and operational notes.

Work is limited to systems you own or are authorized to administer. Keep backups and agree a maintenance window for production changes. Remove passwords, tokens and private data from logs.
This gig excludes migrations, data recovery, malware incident response and full server hardening. Issues outside the agreed scope may need separate work. One revision covers the original scope; resolution depends on access and the cause.

What should I send before ordering?
Send your Linux distribution/version, affected service, sanitized errors and recent changes. Explain the expected result and confirm you own or are authorized to administer the server. Remove secrets from logs.
Does Basic include a fix, and what does a revision cover?
Basic includes diagnosis and recommendations only. Standard and Premium include work on one agreed issue within their hour limits. One revision covers that same issue, not new tasks. Contact me first so we can assess whether the scope is suitable.
How are access and production changes handled?
We agree an authorized access method and maintenance window before changes. Keep a current backup and use temporary, limited access where possible. Do not include passwords or private keys in initial requirements. Some causes may need your hosting provider or application developer.
