Served as a QHSE Lead, responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems across construction and facility management projects. Led day-to-day QHSE operations while ensuring compliance with client requirements, company policies, and international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Monitored contractor safety performance, verified PPE compliance, evaluated safe work practices, and ensured adherence to Permit-to-Work requirements for critical activities such as hot work, confined space entry, work at height, lifting operations, and electrical isolation.
