What access do you need to fix my store?
Please add me as a Staff/Collaborator through your Shopify Admin under Settings > Users and permissions. Never share your store password directly — Shopify's collaborator system is the safe way to grant access.
How fast can you fix an urgent issue?
Most standard bugs are resolved within 24-48 hours. For genuine emergencies (e.g., checkout completely down), message me first before ordering so I can confirm availability for a rush fix.
Can you fix issues caused by a recent app update or installation?
Yes. App conflicts are one of the most common causes of sudden Shopify bugs. I identify which app is causing the conflict and either resolve the code clash or recommend a safer alternative.
Do I need to give you my Shopify password?
No. Please add me as a Collaborator/Staff account instead. This keeps your store secure and lets you revoke access instantly once the work is done.
What information should I provide when placing an order?
Your store URL, a clear description of the issue, and — if possible — a screenshot or short screen recording showing the problem. The more detail you give me upfront, the faster I can diagnose it.
Can you fix custom code left by a previous developer?
Yes, I regularly clean up and repair custom Liquid, CSS, and JavaScript code from previous freelancers, theme customizers, or DIY attempts.
Will you tell me what caused the bug?
Yes, every fix comes with a short explanation of the root cause so you understand what happened and how to avoid it in the future.
What if the issue comes back after you fix it?
All packages include revisions within the agreed scope. If the exact same issue reoccurs shortly after delivery, I will address it at no extra charge.
Do you work with all Shopify themes?
Yes, I work with free Shopify themes (Dawn, Debut, etc.) as well as premium/third-party themes from the Shopify Theme Store and marketplaces like ThemeForest.
Can you also improve my store's speed while fixing bugs?
Basic speed-related bug fixes are included where relevant. For a full speed optimization service, my Standard and Premium packages include a broader performance check.
