• Responsible for Architectural Basic Design, Single line Diagram, Schematics, Feasibility study and reports, Basic requirements for Design approach, Codes and standard implementation methodology. • Create detailed working drawings, Shop drawings, plans, Elevation & Sections, Interior & Exterior Working Drawings & as Built for Residential, Commercial & Healthcare Projects using AutoCAD and other software. • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and designs for structural components such as beams, columns, foundations, Slab and other structural systems. • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to translate design concepts into drawings. • Review and analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. • Conduct site visits and field measurements to gather necessary information for the drafting process. • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers, to clarify technical requirements and resolve any design-related issues. • Provide technical support and guidance to junior draftsmen, ensuring adherence to drafting standards. • Assist in the development and implementation of drafting standards, templates, and best practices. • Participate in design review meetings to present and discuss drawings and suggest improvements. • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all drafting activities, revisions, and changes. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and software advancements relevant to the field. • Use Google Sheet, Document & Google Slide for Create Drawing Related Documents & Presentations. • Use Adobe Photoshop for multipurpose Editing and Finishing.
