Standard Book formatting services do not include: editing or proofreading.
Proofs are a part of the process. The first 2 rounds of proofing changes to perfect look and feel of content are included in all gigs. Additional changes due to client altering internal book content after submission are not considered proofing changes.

FAQ
What Ebook formats do you provide?
You will receive your book in 3 eBook formats, Kindle (.mobi) and ePub ready to upload to Amazon KPD and Barnes & Noble as well as a Word doc ready to upload to Smashwords.com or Draft2Digital. If you need any additional formats please let me know within 30 days of service.
What files are delivered on job completion?
You will receive a print-ready PDF compatible with KDP, Lulu, or Ingram printers. Ebooks will be delivered in ePub and Mobi (Kindle) format. A final Word.doc will be sent for your records to keep in case you ever need to go back and edit your book.
Do you offer editing?
Sorry, no. I am not an editor. What you give me to work with is what I will use. Formatting does not include editing or proofreading. I do not correct manuscripts sent to me for formatting. My task is to make the text you give me fit and look stylish inside of the book.
How many proofs and revisions are included in each gig?
Proofs are a part of the process. Nothing comes out perfect on the first go around. I do not charge for the first two rounds of proofing changes to perfect look and feel of content. Additional changes due to client altering internal book content after submission are not considered proofing changes.
Will my print format be compatible with Kdp, Ingram, or Lulu?
Yes. You will let me know what trim size and which printer you are working with prior to the start of our contract and I will gather their sizing requirements to ensure the print-ready PDF you receive will be compatible!
Can I add images inside of my book?
Yes. Provided you own the rights to use those images and that they are of print quality. I suggest 300DPI for any image you wish to insert into a book. Please note that most printing will be done in black and white so images of color will be adjusted to gray scale unless otherwise specified.
What if I only want print or ebook formatting and not both?
Contact me to set up a special gig just for you. We will discuss your project requirements and word counts to establish pricing before we move forward with the project.
