Is there music in the background?

No. If you'd like to add music you can either send me the track and for an additional $25 I will mix it in, otherwise you can add it yourself once you receive the recording.

Will my recording be unique?

Yes! Scripts are written based on your vision and intention, along with my personal experience and additional information I get from research on your topic of choice. I use proven elements that are common to many meditation and hypnosis practices, because they work.

What is the process of creating my recording?

I combine elements from a variety of meditation techniques (like mindfulness, visualization, mantra, etc), along with effective body-based practices like breath work and body scan, combined with therapeutic approaches based on best practices in psychotherapy and behavioral sciences.

What if I need a larger package?
