Do you need access to my server?
For Basic I usually only need your Dockerfile and error log. For Premium I need SSH or cloud access. I never store credentials and I recommend rotating them after delivery.
Which cloud platforms do you work with?
Azure is my strongest, including Azure Container Apps and Azure DevOps. I also work with AWS, DigitalOcean and plain Linux VPS setups.
Do I get the files you create?
Yes. Every Dockerfile, compose file and config I write is yours, along with a written summary of the changes.
What if you cannot fix my issue?
Message me with your error before ordering. If I do not think I can solve it, I will tell you honestly before you pay.
What time zone are you in?
I am in Sri Lanka (GMT+5:30). I usually reply within a few hours and can work overlapping hours with US, UK and European clients.
