What access do you need?
A temporary WordPress admin account, and hosting or cPanel access for a full cleanup. Please change all passwords after the order is complete.
Will I lose my website content?
No. I take a full backup before making any changes, so your site can be restored if anything goes wrong.
My site is redirecting to spam. Which package should I choose?
Please choose Standard or Premium. The Basic package is for malware removal only and does not include redirect fixes.
Can you guarantee my site will never be hacked again?
No one can honestly guarantee that. I remove the infection, close common security holes and set up protection to greatly reduce the risk.
Can you remove my site from Google's blacklist?
I clean your site and help you request a review in Google Search Console. Google makes the final decision, which usually takes a few days.
Do you work on WooCommerce sites?
