About me
Hi, I'm Kayla. I design and build websites. I work in WooCommerce, Shopify, WordPress, Wix and Squarespace, so I'm not tied to one platform. That matters more than it sounds. Most people get pushed onto whatever their designer knows best. I'd rather ask what you're selling and who's buying, then pick the platform that fits. What you get either way: a site that works on a phone, loads fast, and that you can actually update yourself without calling me every time. Message me before you order with your idea and I'll tell you honestly what it needs.... Read more

I design and build websites for small business owners and independent brands, mostly ecommerce. Some of the work: Shopify rebuild for an embroidery and apparel business. Rebuilt the storefront section by section and structured the product pages so the owner could add new items without needing me. Shopify build for a community wellness brand, delivered in phases so the client could launch and pay in stages instead of waiting for one big handover. Multi-market Shopify setup for a digital guides brand. Configured Nigeria, US, UK and Canada as separate markets with local currency pricing, then added a second payment route for Nigerian buyers so local customers were not blocked at checkout. WordPress learning platform for a course business. Scoped as two phases with a milestone on each, so the client was never paying ahead of delivered work. Written store audit for an outdoor apparel brand. Reviewed the live site and delivered 21 specific findings, ranked so the owner knew what to fix first. How I work: I ask what you sell and who buys it before I recommend a platform. WooCommerce, Shopify, WordPress, Wix and Squarespace solve different problems, and the wrong choice costs more later than the build itself. I hand over sites people can run themselves. Clean product structure, no fragile plugin stacks, and a walkthrough at the end so you are not paying someone every time you add a product. I phase larger projects. You see working output and pay against it, instead of sending money into a black box for three weeks.
