ADHD body doubling is having another person to be your accountability partner while you complete a task. It can however be difficult to focus, so having someone who can just be present while you complete a task is important.

1. One-on-one virtual body double sessions
2. Working in silence on Zoom/ Google Meet
3. Accountability check-ins by message or call (if requested)
