I manage and scale e-commerce brands with an Amazon-first, platform-agnostic approach. My core specialization is Amazon, where I operate across catalog architecture, account health, brand protection, and advertising strategy at an advanced level. Amazon is the most complex and risk-heavy marketplace in e-commerce, and that is where I spend the majority of my time. My role is not limited to Amazon. I oversee brand strategy across multiple e-commerce channels, including Walmart, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, and custom storefronts, ensuring consistency, defensibility, and profitability across platforms. This work goes far beyond listing products or running ads. I assess platform fit, brand positioning, profit ceilings, policy exposure, and long-term scalability before making recommendations. Every decision is grounded in realistic expectations, operational constraints, and return on investment. I regularly handle catalog conflicts, account health threats, trademark enforcement, counterfeit suppression, and PPC strategies tied to brand positioning rather than spend alone. When needed, I also work directly with storefront infrastructure, including WordPress development and front-end customization, to ensure that branding and conversion logic carry across marketplaces and owned channels. This role requires anticipating platform risk, responding to rapid policy changes, and structuring brands to withstand volatility.
