I have been providing web and IT support to small and medium-sized businesses in Japan since 2006. I currently run my own business in Japan and work directly with business owners, providing practical support based on their real business needs. My work includes WordPress website creation, website maintenance, content updates, server and domain management, troubleshooting, SEO support, Google Search Console analysis, and ongoing technical assistance. I also help clients improve their websites by checking mobile display, navigation, inquiry forms, usability, page structure, calls to action, and other practical website issues. Because I work directly with business owners, I understand that a website is not just a technical product. It must support real business goals, customer communication, trust, and day-to-day operations. For international clients, I can review websites from both a native Japanese user's perspective and a web professional's perspective. I can identify unnatural or confusing parts of Japanese websites, usability concerns, layout issues, weak calls to action, and other points that may affect trust or ease of use for customers in Japan. My strength is combining practical web and IT experience with an understanding of business needs and how Japanese users view and use websites.
