Kazumi was very proactive in verifying my in process satisfaction. They were open to my opinions and ideas as a client as well as being polite with clear communication in all interactions. Most importantly, the end product is a wonderful representation of my vtuber model. I am looking forward to using this art once I reveal my 1.0!
