Daud Khan
About this gig
Still doing repetitive tasks by hand: copying leads, sending follow-ups, replying to the same WhatsApp messages? Let's automate it.
I build AI-powered automations on n8n that run your business 24/7, so your team stops doing robot work.
What I build:
- Custom n8n workflows connecting your apps (CRM, Sheets, email, Slack, APIs)
- WhatsApp automation via API: auto-replies, order updates, notifications, chatbots
- CRM automation: lead capture, enrichment, follow-ups and routing
- AI agents using OpenAI / Claude for support, replies and content
- Custom API and webhook integrations for tools without native nodes
- Self-hosted n8n setup on your own server to cut subscription costs
Why me:
- Production-ready builds with error handling and retries, not flows that break
- A full-stack developer, so I handle the tricky API and server side too
- Clear documentation and a walkthrough so your team can run it
- 5.0 rating across 40+ orders, with after-sale support
Tell me the task you want to automate and I'll map the workflow before you order. Let's save you hours every week.

FAQ
What is n8n and why use it?
8n is a powerful automation platform like Zapier or Make, but it can be self-hosted, so you avoid per-task fees. It connects your apps and runs custom AI workflows with far more flexibility and no monthly task limits.
What can you automate for me?
Lead capture and follow-ups, CRM updates, WhatsApp replies and notifications, email and Slack alerts, data entry between apps, report generation, and AI-powered support, to name a few.
Can you automate WhatsApp?
Yes. I set up WhatsApp automation through the API for auto-replies, order and delivery updates, reminders, and AI chatbots that handle your most common questions automatically.
Can you connect it to my CRM?
Yes. I automate lead capture, data enrichment, follow-up sequences, and routing for most popular CRMs, and can connect custom or in-house systems via API.
which AI models do you use?
I work with OpenAI (GPT) and Claude, picking whichever fits your task and budget best, for replies, summaries, classification, lead scoring, and content generation.
Will the automation break easily?
No. I build in error handling, retries, and monitoring so your workflows keep running reliably, and I test everything thoroughly before delivery.
Can you self-host n8n for me?
Yes. As a full-stack developer I set up self-hosted n8n on your own server or VPS, which removes monthly task limits and cuts long-term costs significantly.
What do you need to start?
A clear description of the task you want automated, the apps or accounts involved, and access or API keys to connect them. I'll map the workflow with you first.
Do you provide documentation?
Yes. You get clear documentation and a walkthrough so you or your team can understand, run, and maintain the automation with confidence.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. I provide after-sale support and can set up an ongoing maintenance arrangement as your automations grow and your needs change.
