I will revise your biological sciences phd personal statement

Writing about yourself is no doubt a daunting experience, and writing under the pressure of an admissions committee can be anxiety-inducing. Going through this process myself, I struggled to find essay editors fluent in scientific writing.

I am a PhD candidate in Translational Biomedical Sciences at the University of Rochester. My world revolves around turning dense, complicated concepts into explanations that connect with people. That's exactly what committees want, and that is what I will help you achieve.

Here is what I will do with your draft:

• Look at the essay structure
• Elevate tone and voice to make your essay sound like the best version of you
• Clean up grammar, syntax, and word choice
• Leave honest comments to explain why something works or doesn't work
• Offer another perspective for you to see whether your essay conveys what you want it to

I love working with biomedical sciences PhD applicants, because that is, after all, my area of expertise. However, I have edited essays across many interests and levels, and would be happy to help any future graduate student.

Send me your draft, even a messy one. Let's make it sound like the best version of you!
