I will safely upgrade and migrate your craft cms website

About this gig
Is your Craft CMS website stuck on an outdated, unsupported version?
Craft 3 has reached its end of life, and running legacy versions leaves your server vulnerable to security exploits and plugin incompatibilities. Upgrading Craft CMS is not a simple "click-to-update" processit requires careful database management, Composer dependency resolution, and Twig template modernization.
I am a Senior Frontend Engineer who manages Craft CMS architectures for a UK tech company. I specialize in safely migrating complex Craft environments to the latest versions without breaking your live production site.
My Upgrade Process:
- Local Staging: I never test on your live server. I pull your database and codebase locally to run the migration safely.
- Plugin Auditing: Identifying abandoned plugins and replacing them with modern, supported alternatives.
- Twig Modernization: Rewriting deprecated Twig tags, updating routing, and fixing Matrix block rendering issues caused by version jumps.
- Database Migration: Running all schema migrations and delivering a clean, updated database dump ready for production.
️ IMPORTANT: Please message me with your website URL and current Craft version BEFORE placing an order

FAQ
Will my live website experience downtime during the upgrade?
No. I perform the entire upgrade locally or on a staging server. Your live site remains untouched until you approve the staging site, at which point we schedule a brief window to swap the database and codebase.
What happens if a plugin I use is no longer supported in Craft 4 or 5?
During the initial audit, I will flag any abandoned plugins. We will discuss replacing them with modern alternatives or rebuilding their functionality using native Craft features.
