As an IT Officer at a government ministry, I provide technical support and contribute to the maintenance and management of IT systems and digital infrastructure. My responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users, maintaining computer systems and networks, managing IT resources, and assisting with the implementation and improvement of digital solutions. This experience has strengthened my skills in problem-solving, system administration, technical support, cybersecurity awareness, and developing practical technology solutions.
