What is included in each package?
Basic covers a review of 1 defined requirements area, with findings and recommendations. Standard covers analysis and documentation of up to 3 areas. Premium covers up to 5 areas, including functional requirements and process flows. Each package includes defined consultation hours.
Can you help if we have no existing requirements documentation?
Yes. I can help identify, clarify and document requirements using information you provide and our agreed consultation sessions. The amount of discovery work required must fit within the selected package.
What format will the requirements documents be delivered in?
Documents are normally delivered in Microsoft Word and PDF formats. The structure and level of detail will depend on your selected package and the agreed scope.
What if my project involves multiple systems or complex requirements?
Please contact me before ordering. Projects involving multiple systems, integrations, extensive stakeholder engagement or additional requirements areas may need a custom quotation.
Does this service include software development or system implementation?
No. This Gig focuses on business analysis, requirements clarification and documentation. Software development, configuration, technical implementation and testing are not included. Implementation support can be discussed separately.
